Welcome to KitsNewFit. By accessing or using any KitsNewFit boosters, info products, or goods, you agree to these Terms of Service effective 2025.

2. Scope
These Terms govern three categories of offerings:
- Professional Services ("Services")
- Digital Content ("Info Products")
- Physical Items ("Goods")
3. Professional Services
KitsNewFit Services include personalized booster sessions and coaching appointments. All sessions are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.
4. Digital Content
Info Products consist of downloadable guides, video courses, and related materials. Access is granted upon full payment.
5. Physical Items
Goods include any branded merchandise or equipment purchased through KitsNewFit. Shipping timelines vary based on destination.
6. Refund Policy
We provide the following refund terms based on the category of your purchase:
6.1 Services
- Cancellation more than 72 hours prior to a booked session: full refund of the paid fee.
- Cancellation within 72 hours: no refund, as slots are reserved exclusively.
- Rescheduling: You may request a date change up to 24 hours before the session without any fee. Requests made later may incur an administrative charge.
6.2 Info Products
- Digital Content can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if not fully accessed or downloaded.
- To request a refund, contact our support team and we will process the credit to your original payment method within 10 business days.
6.3 Goods
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days. We will ship a replacement free of charge or issue a refund.
- For other issues, you may ship back the item in its original packaging within 14 days. Once received, we will process a refund of the purchase amount to your payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
7. Changes to Bookings
You may request to transfer your service booking to another date by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Approval is subject to availability and may include nominal fees for short-notice changes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided by KitsNewFit, including designs, text, images, and code, is the exclusive property of KitsNewFit. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
KitsNewFit is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our Services, Info Products, or Goods.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
